Check List

This is KaTara III Consignment's general check list to help give you an idea        about what it is that we are looking for in a garment. It helps you & us evaluate      your articles. It's also a reminder of everything you should have in order at the       time of your appointment with KaTara III.

Forms

1. Forms: All four forms are printed and filled out as per the instructions                 listed on them.

2. Sale Option:  Make sure you select the sales option best fitted for you. The descriptions of these options can be found on the "Show Me the Money" page.

3. Order: Forms are in order and securely attached together.

Items up for Consignment

1. Up-to-Date Fashion: Not any older than 18months -2 years.
2. Garment Tags: Are still in the garment (size, care instructions) Garment with          out tags can not be sold.
3. Condition of Garment: clean, pressed and on hangers, IMPORTANT!
4. Appearance of Garment: o fading, piling, stretching, holes, hems intact,        seams are tight, no stains, no need for repair, no wear on fabric.
5. Working Mechanics of Garment: all buttons attached, zippers work, strings attached & unfrayed, pockets without holes, etc.
6. No Stains about the Garment: under arms, make-up,  neck, collar, crotch,  pockets, etc.
7. No Odors about the Garment: Pet, smoke, perfume, body smells, etc.
8. Shoes: No wear on fabric, insoles, or outer soles - new or like new.
9. Purses: Clean of stains inside & out. Pristine. Designer purses must be authenticated.
10. Home Furnishings, Decor, & Furniture:  To be determined by a KaTara III Consignment Consultant
11. Want:  What the public is purchasing (to be determined by an experienced KaTara III Consignment Consultant)
12. Need: What KaTara III Consignment is needing to meet the stores sales demands.
